چکیده

SARS-nCoV was identified as corona virus had spread worldwide very quickly and affected more than million people worldwide. To halt this acceleration for efficient control the knowledge on genomic information is of utmost importance. We attempted to determine nature variation i.e., insertion, deletion, substitution, among structural sequences required code membrane, spike, nucleocapsid, envelope protein glycosylation between SARS CoV nCoV spike glycoproteins, respectively. Comparative sequence analysis performed by using retrieved from NCBI database. The analyzed revealed, that coding show minor substituting amino acids. showed 94.74 percent acid identities with protein. In comparison nCoV, distinct residues vary in proteins, S exhibited one six insertion hundred three substitutions sequence. Insertion valine found receptor binding domain at position 487, NSPR 683–686. Deletions were also nucleotide strain B.1.617.2 nCoV. Additionally, interaction pattern ACE2 original wild-type SARS-CoV-2 recently evolved Omicron variant evaluated. docking results substantiated specific likely impact virulence both variants.

Evolution and Variation of the SARS-CoV Genome

Knowledge of the evolution of pathogens is of great medical and biological significance to the prevention, diagnosis, and therapy of infectious diseases. In order to understand the origin and evolution of the SARS-CoV (severe acute respiratory syndrome-associated coronavirus), we collected complete genome sequences of all viruses available in GenBank, and made comparative analyses with the SARS...

Accessory proteins of SARS-CoV and other coronaviruses.

The huge RNA genome of SARS coronavirus comprises a number of open reading frames that code for a total of eight accessory proteins. Although none of these are essential for virus replication, some appear to have a role in virus pathogenesis. Notably, some SARS-CoV accessory proteins have been shown to modulate the interferon signaling pathways and the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines. ...

Putative caveolin-binding sites in SARS-CoV proteins.

AIM To obtain the information of protein-protein interaction between the SARS-CoV proteins and caveolin-1, identify the possible caveolin-binding sites in SARS-CoV proteins. METHODS On the basis of three related caveolin-binding motifs, amino acid motif search was employed to predict the possible caveolin-1 related interaction domains in the SARS-CoV proteins. The molecular modeling and docki...

A review of coronaviruses focusing on SARS-CoV-2 (2019-nCoV) the cause of COVID-19

Coronaviruses, enveloped positive single-stranded RNA viruses, have become significant pathogens for humans and other vertebrates since the outbreak of SARS (severe acute respiratory syndrome) in 2002 in China. These viruses could infect the respiratory tract of humans and other animals. The outbreaks of SARS and MERS (Middle East respiratory syndrome), which Bats are thought to be the origin o...

Serology Testing for SARS-CoV-2: Benefits and Challenges

As COVID-19 was declared as a pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO) in March 2020, it is an emerging need to discuss different aspects of this pandemic. In any pandemic, valid and rapid laboratory diagnostic tests are critically important for early diagnosis, which will increase the rate of successful treatment and more importantly prevent the spread of the disease.
